The Sandwich Guy
It has been years since I tried The Sandwich Guy so I felt pretty lucky when I was able to get my hands on a Gift Certificate that allowed me to have a sandwich, baked potato, pasta, and drink courtesy of The Sandwich Guy.
Amidst the busyness of the day, I made time to visit their De La Rosa branch and got the following:
The mushy potato (php85) was so good. The cheese was overflowing and the baby potatoes were cooked just right. It was really good. It was really really good.
The seafood pesto (php95) looked very inviting but it was actually a bit of a disappointment for me. I felt it lacked pesto and the peanut thing. It was good but I expected more. Hopefully next time, they won't be so thrifty with the pesto sauce.
The TSG Bigtime (php130) was surprisingly good. With 3 deli choices and 3 slices of bread, you can imagine that it was pretty heavy. Add tomatoes, cucumber, lettuce, and the mayo, it was definitely filling.
Overall, I would definitely recommend TSG to any friend who wants to grab a sandwich. It's convenient, its filling, and the best part is, its not heavy on the pocket.

It's been sooooo long since I've last eaten at The Sandwich Guy. Will definitely head to their nearest branch (from me) really soon! :)ReplyDelete
