Doc Paolo Bellosillo and his Advocacy

One of the most generous persons I've ever met is Doctor Paolo Bellosillo. In everything that he does, he always thinks of what is best for his fellow men and what he can do to improve their lives. One of the ways he does this is by supporting chosen charities and lending his talent where it can benefit more people.

Ever since  Doc Paolo Bellosillo was in school, he had Tulong Dunong and when he was a fresh graduate, he volunteered his time to tutor and foster values to public school students.

When he became a full time professional and one of the most multifaceted doctor in the country, he was able to maximize his skills as an urban and regional planner and play a great part during Ondoy and Yolanda relief operations.

Doc Paolo Bellosillo's advocacy in life is to enhance and save lives. One of the ways he does this is to share stories and music to people, especially children in reference to virtues that will uphold what he believes in. He teaches children that life is something precious and we should always ensure that quality of life is topmost for this is the only way we can pay forward the blessings we have in our life.

He believes that everyone is capable of doing an act of charity. We all just need the purity of our heart to take over and not let it be eaten by greed, envy, or wrath. We just need to care once more about others instead of simply focusing on ourselves and our needs. We can do this by helping come up with programs that focuses not just on superficial help but looking through to the medical, psychological,  economic,  and disaster resiliency aspects of aid.

Doc Pao's random acts of kindness is part of his daily routine.  It is a part of his job when it comes to dealing with not just patients but all the people around him. However a situation happened that remains vivid in his memories, a man happened to be quite near him, suffered a stroke, without second thought he called out his team and helped the man.

One of his wishes is that everyone could learn to pay it forward.  He believes that if everyone embodies this, then the world would definitely be a much better place. After all, no man is an island and God gave us talent , time and the capability to love. We should learn to live a good life and make sure that the people around do experience the same.

10 life and love lessons from #ALDubEBforLOVE

I'm currently watching this KalyeSerye and it makes me happy, not entertained happy but happy that there is finally a series that reminds men and women the values of courtship and values in general. Yes I am all for equality and what not but no one ever said that equality = losing your respect for oneself and morals.

Lessons from today's episode which I really loved and hope that people will bring back again.

  1. A girl should be more mindful of what's inside rather than the way they look.
  2. A girl should know what dress is appropriate for every occasion.
  3. A girl should value herself and know that she is worth the wait.
  4. A man should know that visiting a girl in her house and meeting the parents is the right way to go.
  5. A man should bring some snacks or food for the family of the girl that he is visiting.
  6. You should always ask for permission to visit when you are just courting.
  7. You should not sit unless you have been told to sit.
  8. When you make a promise, you need to KEEP YOUR PROMISE.
  9. A woman needs to always be treated with respect.
  10. A man who has good intentions will not balk in doing these things for you.
I've never been one to write about what is trending or the in thing but this one really touched me. I hope my son will do this and that my sister will expect this from the men who will want to be with her and court her.

I do not see anything wrong with this tradition and I strongly believe that it should be kept alive.

Bonding over Coloring Books

My son and I have both been coloring for quite some time now. Lately though, with the emergence of the adult coloring craze, we have found a new source for our coloring addiction. Whereas we used to color with the kiddie coloring pages, we are now faced with more challenging pages that hone our
skills and test our patience.

Most days now when I am at home, this is what we do.

my work
Even when we go out and have coffee (milk for him) we now end up coloring. He shows off his work and I show off mine, both of us craving the approval of the other haha.

B's work
And right now, as I am typing this, he is working on a new one.

I love the whole aspect of the coloring thing because of so many things:

  1. It encourages you to focus. You need to concentrate so that you won't go over the line.
  2. It encourages creativity. You can color things in any way or form now. A dog doesn't necessarily need to just be brown, white, or black. You can color it shades of blue and it will look awesome.
  3. It encourages discipline.
  4. It helps you pass time productively. You can tear off the pages and frame it. It will make for a great personalized gift. You hit two birds with one stone.
  5. It's a great bonding moment between friends and family. I do it with my son and we end up spending hours with each other creating new things.
  6. It relaxes the mind. Since he started coloring once more, B has been more calm and less aggressive. The same goes for me.
I know that even when this craze is over, B and I would still be coloring. After all, we have been doing it for the past 6 years together and I know that even when he's a teenager, we'd still be coloring together.

PH Care Naturals Intimate Wash

My Mom has always been a stickler for hygiene. Growing up she would always tell us, "you're a girl. You should be clean. You should smell good." As a kid, I didn't really care much for smelling good and being clean. I just wanted to play and not even take a shower if I'm sweaty.

Thankfully, when I grew up, I didn't bring with me this attitude. I think my Mom also wouldn't have allowed it. When I first got my period, she taught me how to take care of myself and ensure that I would remain clean and feeling fresh all the time. She was actually the one who taught me about feminine hygiene and hearing horror stories from male friends about females who really smell down there, I felt good that I have PH Care as my partner in ensuring that I would never be a part of those horror stories.

Even better, they have new products and it's all natural which is exactly what I need. I just love products that come up with new things to improve themselves.

Everyone’s going all-natural these days, whether we’re talking about organic food, health supplements from plant and animal extracts, and even personal care and beauty products. And, why not? It’s important to make sure that what we ingest or apply onto our skin is something that won’t harm us.
The folks behind best-selling feminine wash pH Care have an intimate understanding of the importance of using natural ingredients for your most sensitive part, your bikini area. This is why they’ve come up with their all-new pH Care Naturals line in two variants: pH Care Naturals Papaya and pH Care Naturals Guava.

pH Care Naturals Papaya
There are a lot of factors that can influence a woman’s confidence when it comes to donning that swimsuit, including puson problems and cleavage consciousness. But one other common insecurity many women have is dark skin in and around the bikini area, and this is something they can feel self-conscious about even in the comfort and privacy of their own rooms and bathrooms. And while there are many products for whitening dark skin in other parts of the body, most of these aren’t safe or suited for use in intimate areas. Now, however, pH Care has a new whitening feminine wash that uses natural ingredients, so you keep the sensitive area fresh and fair. The new pH Care Naturals Papaya cleanses the bikini area while the papaya extract, added to its formulation, aids in skin-whitening, so you get fairer skin in as early as 14 days.

pH Care Naturals Guava
Even if you’re not overly concerned with dark skin, you may still want a feminine wash made from natural ingredients that will still keep your intimate area fresh and clean. After all, in a hot country like ours, sweat can lead to discomfort, even body odor, and infection—and it’s worse when it involves the bikini area! But no need to worry; pH Care Naturals Guava has been specially infused with guava leaf extract, which is well-known for its cleansing and anti-bacterial properties over the years. So if you’re 1 in 3 Filipinas constantly seeking for natural solutions “down there,” then give pH Care Naturals a try. It will naturally deodorize the area so you can feel confident regardless of outfit, activity, or even weather.
The NEW! pH Care Naturals variants are available at leading supermarkets, drugstores, and beauty stores. For more information, check out facebook.com/pHCare.

Discover Robinson's Townsville

I live in a small village and having a Robinson's Townsville within distance is a dream come true. Sometimes, you just really want to go to a small mall and not be overwhelmed on a weekend. Sometimes, you just wanna go out and hang out but not really get all dressed up and Robinson's Townsville lets you do that without feeling all weirded out.

Robinsons Retail Holdings Inc.’s community malls will be relaunched today as Robinsons Townville. Located near residential areas, subdivisions and villages, there are currently 5 community malls that will be rebranded : Meycauyan (August 14), Cabanatuan (August 28), BF Paranaque (September 11) and Pulilan (September 25).

To kick-off the relaunch, a carnival-themed celebration was organized to excite the community. Customers can enjoy the fun booth games and win prizes. Cool stage performances from various artists are set to delight customers from all ages.  Besides the 3-day sale at every launch date, customers can also double their points on their Robinsons Rewards Card when they purchase in any of the Robinsons stores during this period.

What's good about Townsville is that they also offer so many different products that even those with varied interests won't need to go far just to get their shopping fix.

Robinsons Townville features a good tenant mix anchored by Robinsons Supermarket, Robinsons Department store, Robinsons Appliances, Handyman, Daiso Japan and Southstar Drug. To complement these anchor stores, the community mall also has a bank, ATMs, quick service restaurants, food kiosks, a bookstore, spa, salon, boutiques, amusement center for kids and other services designed to meet the needs of a growing community.

Doc Paolo and his Private Practice

Doc Pao is not your typical, everyday doctor. He is in private practice but he devotes a lot of his time in helping out those that have been deemed by people as hopeless, he went into private practice for the reason that he felt this was how he can save more lives and serve more people.

He focuses on urban planning because here, he can do widespread saving. He is able to do one on one or family consultation which enables him to educate people regarding genetically pre-disposed diseases such as heart disease, stroke, aneurysm and the like.

Doc Pao believes that if people are more aware of what food to avoid, eat more, and what exercises is needed to be maintained, then it can help lengthen the life of people. One good thing about Doc Pao is that he is not in it for the money, but for the welfare of the Filipino people.

Doc Pao’s main goal is to review the diseases that have mortalities that grow year on year especially cardiovascular diseases, He believes that the primary goal is to give helping hand and do acts that will make sure life becomes better for the people.

Doc Pao treats people who are for bypass surgery, dialysis, or gall bladder removal, he also treats those suffering from arteriosclerosis and athero sclerosis, arthritis, and diabetes. Thankfully, he’s never had a patient passed away on him though it doesn’t make losing patients less painful. Doc Pao always wants to ensure that they are rescued but unfortunately, circumstances prevent it from happening, especially when they catch complications that shorten their life.

In the industry that Doc Pao is in, service is not enough. Everything that is being done, everything needs to be done with love and charity. As a last message, Doc Pao would like to tell future doctors that he hopes they will choose fields that will help prevent diseases at the onset and treat people without causing them further harm. The goal should be to lengthen the lives of people and make sure it is of quality rather than aiming for financial highs.

one question

If I could ask the men who have been a part of my life in one way or another, I would ask this ...

MU, why did you go back to her even though it was me you still love? Why did you stay with her when every year after we broke up, you would visit me in the middle of the night or show up when I had someone new? Why didn't you just come back to me?

RA, why was I not enough for you? I gave you everything and you just took it all and abused me in ways no man should ever abuse a woman. I was willing to spend the rest of my life with you. I just wasn't ready to be killed by you.

VM, why? Why did you break up with me but 2.5 years later, you're still around ready to help me at the drop of a hat? Why are you still my knight in shining armor? Do you still love me or is this all just guilt for breaking my heart?

and to you FM (not the funny man) why? Why do you keep me hanging on knowing that in the end, you will let me go and I will fall flat on my face with my heart shattered and broken once more, this time, probably never to heal again.

Why? Why did you do this to me? Why did I let you? Why am I letting you?

its a phase ...

Lately, I find myself able to come  up with 18 word stories but that is all. I have not been able to write anything though the lack for words is not a problem. I also have time but it seems ... I JUST CAN'T WRITE.

I don't know why. I just can't seem to write. I don't know if I'm burnt out (yes I am but it's all work related) or if blogging has finally ended for me (God forbid this from ever happening.)

So there.

sana ...

Tumalikod ako
Upang di mo makita
Sakit na dulot mo
Sana pagharap ko
Mahal mo na ulit ako.

Bakit?

Bakit?
