Quick Bites: Sunburst Fried Chicken

When FM and I went to Cebu with the kids, one of the places I dragged him to was the local version of Jollibee, Sunburst Fried Chicken. As a child, I had fond memories of the place. I wanted to revisit and check to see if it was as good as I remembered it.

Luckily they had a group meal and since there were 5 of us, this is what I chose to get.

The chicken tasted okay but it wasn't as good as I remembered it. It must be that I am now more exposed to what is really good or it could be that it was just fond memories but I felt disappointed. It was just another fried chicken.

Add the fact that the staff were poor in giving service and they ask you to pay Php18 for a small gravy. They won't give you gravy bdw. Only ketchup. For gravy, you need to pay up. Seriously.

I'm definitely not trying this out again and I regret dragging FM and the kids to this place.

Hi! Let's all try to add more positivity in this world and adhere to the saying, "if you don't have anything nice to say, keep silent."

Showering you with unicorn poop so you'd always stay magical! Heart heart!
