To all the Boys I've Loved Before comes to Netflix

Okay, I have a confession.

I finally got all the books in the Lara Jean series starting with To all the Boys I've Loved Before but I still haven't gotten around to reading it. After all the hype from before, I guess I was a little bit scared that it may be just that ... hype.

However, after seeing the trailer for it on Netflix (yes, they have turned it into a movie) I am now declaring that it will be the next book I read after I finish Undercover by Danielle Steel.

Lara Jean on the Netflix movie

Synopsis: What if all the crushes you ever had found out how you felt about them… all at once? Lara Jean Song Covey's love life goes from imaginary to out of control when the love letters for every boy she’s ever loved—five in all-- are mysteriously mailed out. From New York Times Bestselling Author Jenny Han, the film adaption of the popular YA novel is directed by Susan Johnson and stars Lana Condor (Alita: Battle Angel, X-Men: Apocalypse), Janel Parrish (Pretty Little Liars), Noah Centineo (Sierra Burgess Is A Loser, The Fosters) and John Corbett (Sex and the City, Northern Exposure). The film launches on Netflix August 17, 2018.

I can't imagine it happening to me. I would probably hide under a rock. How about you? What would you do?

  1. I have not read the book but I watched the trailer and seems like an awesome movie and obviously credit goes to the writer. I would definitely read the book and then watch the movie!!
