Yep, those were the questions I had in mind when I signed up for this. As days to the tournament got to a close, I was apprehensive about pushing through. I thought, why bother? What will I get out of it? What will happen? I know I wasn't going to win. I didn't bother brushing up on my "skills" nor did I even do mock games. Zero preparation is what I had.
Saturday loomed and I was thinking of not going through with it. However, a friend agreed to meet up and I haven't seen him in 2 years so I went ahead because I had something to look forward to after the tournament.
he won ... I had fun ... LOL |
Was it fun? I'd say it was something. Would I do it again? Most likely, not. Still, I'm happy that I gave it a try. I now have a fair idea of what happens on a scrabble tournament.
Basically, nothing. LOL.
But come to think of it din, if there's the "raging crowd" concentration will be harder and you'll be more conscious...and embarrassed esp. if your opponent is way way ahead of you di ba?hehe pero this looks very interesting! I love playing this game
