Kimukatsu

This Japanese place is located right smack in the middle of BHS but its still tucked away in a corner so for those who don't like being too exposed to people passing by, its a perfect spot to go to. It's not hard to find but its not out there for all the world to see. It's like having a secret but its hidden out in the open.

Now if you're thinking this is another tonkatsu place, you are wrong. You see, they took it to another whole new level and with the amount of flavor ingested in each katsu, you're in for a surprise.

This katsu also has one of the most number of layers. As you can see in this photo, the preparation for this would have to be really meticulous for it to look like this.

Amongst the many flavors, I loved the Negi Shio and the plain one best. I guess I'm really more of a traditionalist when it comes to things. The plain one was really soft and tasty enough for me.

The only sad part of my dining experience was not being able to stuff myself silly because I was a wee bit full and because I had to restrain myself from gorging my face. Still, I'd definitely eat here again given the chance. :)

Hi! Let's all try to add more positivity in this world and adhere to the saying, "if you don't have anything nice to say, keep silent."

Showering you with unicorn poop so you'd always stay magical! Heart heart!
