gorgeous and strong

People have always told me that I am intimidating. They say that I have a strong personality. Some would also say that I am too opinionated and smart for my own good. Because of this, I have learned to tone myself down a little when I remember to do so or just accept that perhaps, there is no one out there for me because the only guy who was never intimidated with me now fears me. Ugh.

Last night changed my view on this though. Last night, I met a bunch of gorgeous and strong women who were all self assured and were confident in who they were and what they are as women. They were smart, sassy, sexy, and simply stunning.

I went to the party apprehensive because I did not know anyone but left it with beautiful memories of a group of ladies who never tried to outdo one another. Instead, we meshed and had so much fun laughing, dancing, and singing the night away. I guess this is what its like when you are with women who know who they are and where they are in life.
