The Burger Project

I was recently invited to the Media Launch of The Burger Project. They have 2 branches now, one in Maginhawa and the othe can be found at the ground floor of The Grand Towers near La Salle.

While waiting for the others to arrive, they served us their authentic onion rings. I actually sent an SMS to FM because he lovesonion rings but only if served and cooked like this. It was pretty good in my opinion. It was real onion rings and it was cooked just right.

We eventually started and after the introduction, Chef Ed showed us how to order at The Burger Project. It seems that in The Burger Project, you can create your own burger. They give you options to choose from and then you can just create your own to your hearts content.

Below is my order form and while it was a lot of fun choosing what to order, it was also a bit worrisome and stressful. To save you from these kind of stress, they have6 signature burgers that are ready made and just ready to be ordered.

While waiting for my creation to be made, I ordered the mozarella sticks as well as the buffalo wings. The mozarella lacked a bit of "kick" so to speak but it was quite okay. The buffalo wings on the other hand was too spicy and hard for me.

Finally, my order came and I was appalled at how big it was. I ordered the triple patty and it was HUGE!

The angus beef, beef patty, and the chori patty were all tasty in their own way. I loved the beef patty the best. As for their milkshake, it was hands down the winner of the night. It was so good that I actually had 2 cups.

I enjoyed the media launch and battling it out with the burgers at The Burger Project. It was tasty and juicy. Thank you as well to TBP for giving us Php1200 worth of GC. My twin brothers were very happy.

* I was invited to review the food. I did not pay for my meal. However, the free meal did not in any way sway my opinion and everything you read here is MY PERSONAL OPINION.

  4. The H and I go to their maginhawa branch every now and then when we have a burger craving. I'm a happy camper with the basic burger with bacon and mushroom extras. =)

Hi! Let's all try to add more positivity in this world and adhere to the saying, "if you don't have anything nice to say, keep silent."

Showering you with unicorn poop so you'd always stay magical! Heart heart!
