Sweet Bella Cafe: Pizza and Pasta

One of the things I kept hearing about Sweet Bella Cafe was their Capelini Truffle Cream Pasta. It seems that this was one of their best sellers and it really was worth trying. Luckily, it was one of the dishes served during my review.

The bars on the side are actually eggplant. I normally do not eat eggplants because I hate them. However, this one was deep fried and soaked in balsamic glaze so I gave it a try. I am thankful I did. It was actually quite good and I did not regret having a taste of it.

As for the angel hair pasta and the white sauce, truffle oil, pomodoro, and pesto ... it was simply an explosion of flavor. It was crazy the way it played with your head because you experience different flavors all at the same time. The expression MIND BLOWN is quite apt.

I normally put a lot of parmesan on my pasta when I eat but with this one, absolutely no need. It was perfect just the way it was.

Next thing I tried was the Five Cheese Pizza. This had parmesan, gruyere, blue cheese, mozzarella, and fontina cheese. It was pretty good and it wasn't overbearing. Fans of cheese will definitely want to give this one a try.

For pizza and pasta, I'd definitely recomment Sweet Bella Cafe. The pasta alone is simply to die for.
