Since I loved the foot spa service, I decided to do it again but this time, minus the cadillac chair. I also tried their manicure and pedicure service this time around.
One thing that impresses me about Fringe Salon is the smell of their bathroom. Seriously. You will appreciate the fact that it really smells good and fresh. There is almost nothing more upsetting than a dirty bathroom and with my 2nd visit with Fringe, I must say that they are able to maintain the quality of their cleanliness till now.
Second is that the staff really is well trained and very professional. I was able to read my EBook in peace while getting my nails done. The fact that there is even a small table placed beside my chair for my EBook and complimentary coffee and cookie was another thing that made me smile. Seriously, having a few hours of rest and being able to just read without someone yakking your ear off is a gift and Fringe Salon gives you that.
I also liked that the girl knows the value of time so she multi tasks. While she was prepping my feet for Stage 1 of the foot spa, she also started tending to my nails. Now, the foot spa at Fringe Salon costs Php600 for the basic one but I tell you, this is the most complete foot spa that I have ever had. In fact, they have 3 stages for it.
Stage 1 is when they soak your feet in water with soap to start the softening process. Afterwards, they put on a foot scrub which gets massaged on your foot for about 10 minutes. It then gets washed off leaving your foot feeling smooth and pampered. Stage 3 consists of a foot mask which they leave on for about at least 15 minutes. It then gets washed off and this is the only time they actually start the scrubbing of your soles process. By this time, your soles are so soft that its almost effortless to get rid of the dry skin and calluses that is underneath your feet.

For their pedicure and manicure, I like that the attendant was very careful to not wound you. I have been to salons that don't seem to care if they nip you a little bit so long as they get the dry skin or ingroin out. OUCH. At Fringe, I felt that my safety and comfort was the first priority and I really enjoyed that.
I also liked that though they make suggestions about the nail polish to use, they weren't pushy and were very respectful of my choices. It made me daring enough to choose this chocolate colored polish which is a rarity for me since I enjoy sticking to my safety colors which are touch of tan, nude, italian nude, touch of beige and french tips. :)

* I was invited to review the place. I did not pay for the services rendered. However, the free service did not in any way sway my opinion and everything you read here is MY PERSONAL OPINION.
Sea salts are used in foot baths and salt foot bath benefits are many. They heal the feet injuries and soften the skin on feet. As they have some antiseptic role, they prevent and treat infection of feet.
