trust issues

How do you trust someone 100%? How do you believe everything they say and take it to heart? How do you trust someone who is not an immediate family member and know that yes, what they are saying is true?

I used to be able to do that but I got cheated on and lied to and now, I have a hard time doing it. Even when I know that I should be able to trust 100%, scenarios keep playing in my mind. Not good ones too mind you.

So tell me, how?

  1. It takes time and practice, but you can learn to trust yourself and your opinion again. That's what it's really about. It's not that you don't trust people it's that you don't trust yourself to be right when you form your opinion of them.

Just relax when you start painting "catastrophe" scenarios and ask yourself why you can't trust our own opinion in that situation. You'll find ways to figure it out. =)

Hi! Let's all try to add more positivity in this world and adhere to the saying, "if you don't have anything nice to say, keep silent."

Showering you with unicorn poop so you'd always stay magical! Heart heart!
