Yes, you read that right. I'm reviewing the ELARZ Canned Lechon because earlier today, I was able to try on the Corned Lechon, the Lecheon Meat, and the Lechon Stew.
I was pretty excited about trying this out but I wanted to do more than just the usual rice topping so I went a bit extra.
I opened the Elarz Lechon Stew, the Elarz Corned Lechon, and the Elarz Lecheon Meat.
The Lecheon Meat is absolutely perfect with rice and eggs. This is your luncheon meat but with a bit more oomph.
The Lechon Stew was added to ramen. It definitely added a lot more flavor to the usual ramen that you get from supermarkets.
The corned lechon, I cooked with potatoes and then covered it with egg. My mistake here though was that I tried to get the egg to set, totally forgetting that I was burning bits nad pieces of the meat underneath the egg. This is why there's no finished product. Hahaha.
I'd definitely buy these canned goods from Elarz because I can use it to add and spice up ordinary dishes. Definitely bang for buck!

ReplyDeleteI have never heard of that here. I don't think it is something we carry in regular grocery stores. I like finding ways to make canned foods taste better though. This gives me ideas for other things we have here.
