Pistachio Butter is not something that we encounter everyday but due to the pandemic, people have become a bit more creative with food and bread spreads. This is one of those creative output that yielded something really good.
Meet Toast Bud's Pistachio Butter made of palm oil, salt, and sugar. One bite and I could definitely imagine all the pistachio that went into making this.
Now to make things a bit more fun, I've come up with 3 ways for you to enjoy Toast Bud's Pistachio Butter.
1. DIY Pizza. Pistachio Pizza topped with Guava Jelly and Sprinkled with Sea Salt and Cashew.
THIS WAS SO GOOD. The pull of the sweet with the salty and the combination of the pistachio and the guava jelly was just PERFECT.
2. Pate on Fita
If you wanna hold a simple celebratory party at home for you and your family but you are a little bit strapped, you can just spread it on top of Fita and you're good to go. Serve it with juice or wine and you have something decent to serve for merienda or a pre-party preparation.
3. Bread spread.
Sometimes, you just need to stick with the classic and spread this on slice bread or good old pandesal paired with coffee.
Personally, I loved the pizza the most. It was just too good and too out there. It's definitely something that I would make for guests if I wanted to impress them.
