I have been in this industry for over a decade.
I have never had a real logo made by a real designer.
The previous logos I had were just things made on a whim or something that I downloaded and changed the font of.
Thankfully, I met Georgina Douglas of Georgina Douglas Designs and after a few email, she was able to give me the logo that was just present in my mind.
She asked me what I wanted and I told her that I wanted my logo to be the following:
1. people will know that I write
2. It will have mskathykenny as part of it
3. I wanted watercolor feels
4. I wanted it be pink and purple with rose gold
I think the hardest part for her was my color scheme but she delivered!
I am so in love with my new logo. It's simple yet pretty and straight to the point. It was so easy working with Georgina Douglas Designs that I just feel really happy and grateful that it was her that I worked with.
