God's perfect plan ...

It was supposed to rain. Weather forecasts said it will be a rainy day. The sun shined the whole day and the wind wrapped us in its cool arms the whole night.

I wasn't supposed to be there. I was supposed to be somewhere else. I found myself playing photographer, clown, and documenting the event as an unofficial part of the group.

He lived in the UAE. I lived in the Philippines. We were not supposed to have become friends. Instead, God had a perfect plan and it involved my meeting him and his then lovely fiancee. For whatever reason God has, I was there to be one of the witness to them tying the knot and sealing their life to become one forever.

I was able to capture shots of the groom on his last few hours of being a bachelor. He spent it with friends and people who matter.

I felt so blessed watching them and being with them. Here was a couple whom you could see have put their relationship to God. The way they looked at each other, handled each other ... it was a sight to see. The love was overflowing and it extended to family and friends.

I'm happy that love shined on them. I am thankful that though love doesn't smile on me, it continues to smile on other people and allows me a glimpse of what it would be like to be part of a real love. They truly are God's perfect plan for the other.

PS. I also wish that when you come back summer of 2013, you will have Starbucks Citymugs for me as well as ref magnets. =p It is also part of God's perfect plan. Promise.

  1. I love scrapbooking, hence, me enjoying the artsy way you worked on the photos. I'm sure these two lovebirds appreciate what you did for them.

  2. It's amazing how God has so many surprises for each of us that we don't really know what he has in store until we get it.

I'm happy for you and I hope you like an awesome life! Wish you the best!

Hi! Let's all try to add more positivity in this world and adhere to the saying, "if you don't have anything nice to say, keep silent."

Showering you with unicorn poop so you'd always stay magical! Heart heart!
