At times, we take a wrong turn and end up in the wrong place. Sometimes, we hurt the people we love who are waiting for us at the end when this happens. Still, we can backtrack and go back to where we are supposed to be.
At times, we go off the wrong station and stay there thinking that we are at the right one. We think that this is the end of it and then eventually realize that we were wrong.
At the end of the day ... we all want to reach our destination. We all want to be home. The big question is ... are you a station or are you his destination?
This is so sad :( Destinations are the best!
ReplyDeleteI totally agree that destinations are the best.
ReplyDeleteI agree with the others, destination is the best one.
ReplyDeleteHow come then so many opt to stop at stations?
ReplyDeleteThe way I see things it's the journey that matters, not the destination. Getting off at any station having a look around and learning from it will make your life, your journey richer.
ReplyDeleteSure, I've gotten off at the wrong places and I've made a couple of strange turns, but, I'm a free person and I've gotten back on track again. Only I was a bit wiser when I did so.
If I had a choice to sit on the train until it reaches its final destination (which is death to me) or to step off from it now and then, ... I'd be willing to jump off it while it's still rolling. I need variation, I need to see the things I haven't seen before, I need to experience things simply because it makes me and my life richer.
The key is of course to live and learn and to know when it's time to move on again.
