Forever Living C9 Program, your baby steps to Losing Weight

I recently learned about the Forever Living C9 Program from a good friend of mine. As much as I wanted to try it, some health restrictions stopped me so I had my brother try this program out.  


This is what the program includes. 

Forever Therm - formulated with vitamins to provide supplemented support while achieving your diet and lifestyle goals. It helps burn body fat into energy.

Forever Lite Ultra - provides 24g of protein per serving, vitamins, and minerals. It is available in chocolate and vanilla flavors

Forever Aloe Berry Nectar - aids in cleansing the liver which helps detoxify the skin. It also helps cleanse the kidneys. 

Forever Garcinia Plus - high in chromium which helps with healthy macronutrient metabolism. It contains Garcinia. 

Forever Fiber - designed for digestive health and is high in fiber and low in saturated fat

Here's my brothers' before and after photo. As you can see, there was visible change and I believe it's because of the C9 Program that he did for 9 days paired with an intense workout. 



This is what the diet counterpart looks like. 

Day 1 and 2 Program 

Breakfast: 2x Forever Garcinia Plus, 4 oz. Aloe Vera Drink, Forever Therm, Exercise on treadmill

Snack: Forever Fiber

Lunch: 2x Forever Garcinia Plus, 4 oz. Aloe Vera Drink, 1x scoop Forever Lite Ultra, Forever Therm

Dinner: 2x Forever Garcinia Plus, 4 oz, Aloe Vera Drink

Evening: 4 oz. Aloe Vera Drink

Day 3 to Day 9 Program 

Breakfast: 2x Forever Garcinia Plus, 4 oz. Aloe Vera Drink, 1x Scoop Forever Lite Ultra, Forever Therm

Snack: Forever Fiber

Lunch: 2x Forever Garcinia Plus, 4 oz. Aloe Vera Drink, 1x scoop Forever Lite Ultra, Forever Therm, 30 minutes - 1 hour brisk walking on the treadmill

Dinner: 2x Forever Garcinia Plus, 4 oz, Aloe Vera Drink, you can now choose to eat a 600 calorie meal, but I didn't. 

Evening: minimum of 9 oz. of water 

My brother lost a total of 3 kgs in 9 days. This is actually amazing and he lost most of it in the tummy area which is even more amazing. 

He had some challenges with the taste of aloe and the first 3 days but after, it was more smooth sailing. Another challenge he had was the fact that we continued to cook sumptuous dishes for the home while he had to stick to a strict diet. 

Suggestion: Have everyone on board when doing this to help lessen the challenges. This or eat separately from everyone. 

Do remember that when it comes to working out and diet, diet is only 20% of the total sum while working out is 80%. It's a good thing that there are programs like the Forever Living C9 program that can help people jumpstart their weight loss journey and finally take those first baby steps to losing weight.
