The first thing that's done when you get there is a briefing. They will inform you of the rules and the do's and don'ts when trying out the different rides at the Tree Top Adventure.
I was supposed to try the Tree Drop Adventure but apparently, my hips were too wide for the harness. It fit but it fit too well. I hope they have a bigger harness in the future for plus size people. In my place, it was the daughter of a friend who tried it. You can view the video here.
After the Tree Drop Adventure, the next stop was the Canopy ride. It was quite a relaxing ride as long as you don't look down and see the forest where you could drop. There were 3 stops for this so by the third one, you're actually pretty relaxed already. Each stop takes about 2 minutes and since you're seating comfortably while hanging from a rope, you get to have a full view of everything.

It was the scariest ride of my life. Dangling on air with just a small piece of metal protecting me from possibly breaking bones was not fun for someone like me. For daredevils like my siblings though, they will definitely love it. I actually fainted after this experience. It was that scary for me.
They also have the Superman Zipline which I was not able to do anymore because of what happened to me after. I felt sad because I really wanted to try this zipline since I have done more than 3 ziplines and felt that this was something I could actually do.
