Chef Antonio Ortanes was one of the few that I really wanted to meet and just simply tell to never ever stop cooking. You see, when we had the shoot for Poptalk, we were lucky enough to have tried his turkey meal. Better, I was able to take home some of it. I placed it inside the ref then reheated it in the microwave the very next day. I thought to myself, this will most likely not taste as good anymore.

Much to my surprise, it tasted exactly the same and I was simply astounded. It was cooked, then it became cold, then it was reheated and the quality remained the same? Ooh lala! I was ecstatic.

He sells his Roast Beef and Roast Turkey at Php120 only and I say only because it is such a big serving that if you are not patay gutom, it will actually be good for 2 people. If you have a huge appetite, one serving is enough to make you burp with fullness.

The picture below is a combo and to get this, you only need to add +20 to the regular price. It's a steal I tell you. It's a STEAL.

You may also order it either with rice or sandwich, whichever one you fancy.

Chef Antonio studied under Chef Gene Gonzales and has been passionate about cooking since he was only 7 years old. No wonder he's so good at what he does now, having years of experience and time to perfect his craft. He actually sees cooking as a form of relaxation.
