Anyone who knows me knows that I love longganisa. It is one of the staple Pinoy food that I enjoy eating. I'm okay having it for breakfast, merienda, lunch, or dinner. It's literally one of the food that I can have at any time of the day.
However, deep-frying the longganisa all the time can take a toll. It becomes too oily, it's not healthy, and it's the same thing over and over again.
I decided it was time to think of a way to enjoy my all time favorite in a new manner. My brother who is a chef recommended turning it into a healthier meal, the Cabanatuan Premium Longganisa Fresh Spring Roll.
We stir-fried the Cabanatuan Premium Longganisa. We combined the spicy variant with the hamonado for that added kick and to complement the freshness of the meal.
Then we wrapped everything up and ended up with this delicious, filling, yet healthy meal.
I love how we were able to turn things around for this all time classic. Instead of simply deep frying, it has now become something truly healthy yet delicious. I know that I can eat this every single day and not get sick of it. It's that good and with Cabanatuan Premium Longganisa, it just got better.
They have four variants of Cabanatuan Skinless Longganisa:
- Sweet Garlic
