Gratitude # 15

The last week was a little bit challenging.

I don't know about you guys but it was good but it was also a little bit challenging for me.

It started off great. I was able to try the newest menu offering from Kenny Rogers, the Detroit Pizza and Garlic Bread. The pizza was pretty good but the garlic bread was really great. Dipper in the tomato sauce, the flavors just burst in your mouth.

I also received this package from Lenovo and they're also sending me their newest wireless earbuds. Exciting!

I had a mini shopping spree care of SM Malls Online. This was really fun and it was a breath of fresh air to be able to spend a little time outside the house.

This is my husband and me with AXL. It felt nice to see other people.

I also got some Starbucks cards to add to my collection.

Shopee also sent some goodies from the New World Hotel which I thoroughly enjoyed in the middle of the night during my shift. Their chicken and mashed potato were just so good!

Another thing that made me happy was this bottle of Honey Citron and Ginger Tea which I got from Landers. It is the most soothing and amazing thing on Earth. I swear. The good part? It's actually also really good for your immune system. GAH!

I was also able to cook for my husband and our youngest. I need to make sure that I am able to cook for our eldest this week. I made cheesy tamagoyaki and fried cheesy noodles for the husband while I made clay pot bento and sausage for the youngest.

The husband loved it, the youngest only wanted the rice which I didn't cook but only molded into heart shapes. It seems the youngest is pickier than the father.

My most favorite moments of the week though were these.

1. My husband and our eldest made this paper stand that was able to hold a few books. I've never had this with my own Dad growing up and B never had this as well till now. This was so precious for me.

2. Sibling date with my youngest brother.

Bonding with our youngest who has a tendency of putting up his feet whenever he's drinking his milk.

The rest of the week I was just so busy trying to catch up with rest, family, and work. I also had a couple of days of madness because I was apparently about to have my period. Ugh.

Here's to a happier, more productive, and family-filled week.

  1. It was a busy week for us here, too. We had a lot of fun with a few school events, but that also made for a lot of stress. This week we have a week off school for Fall Break so we plan to spend some family time together, too.

Hi! Let's all try to add more positivity in this world and adhere to the saying, "if you don't have anything nice to say, keep silent."

Showering you with unicorn poop so you'd always stay magical! Heart heart!
