DigiBook Doesn't Just Ask for Answers but also Helps Kids Think and Discover Them

As a hands-on celebrity mom, Iza Calzado always keeps a watchful eye on her daughter Deia’s growth—the inches marked on the wall, the numbers on the scale, and subtle changes in her everyday habits. “I realized that focusing on physical growth is not enough. Supporting Deia’s brain development is equally important, as both work hand in hand in shaping her from an early age,” said Calzado.

But while physical growth is easy to observe, brain development happens much earlier than many parents realize. By age five, roughly 90% of a child's foundational brain structure is already in place, making the early years a critical window for learning and cognitive progress.
Because this developmental window is very brief, it also presents a challenge many parents are no strangers to—the nagging feeling of not always having enough meaningful time with their child amid busy daily routines.

“I sometimes feel guilty when work or life’s responsibilities get in the way,” Calzado said. “But if there’s anything I have learned over the past three years of being a mother, it’s that it’s not always about having more time, but ensuring that every minute we spend with our kids really counts.”
And with the right tool, even just an hour a day can go a long way.
Introducing The Brilliant Hour
To support parents in spending one hour to support proper stimulation, Enfagrow A+ Four, in partnership with Adarna House—the Philippines’ largest and leading publisher of children’s literature—launches The Brilliant Hour Digibook, an interactive digital workbook inspired by its Brilliant Hour advocacy of meaningful daily bonding for early brain development.
Designed to help parents make the most of everyday interactions, it reimagines screen time into interactive learning moments.
The Digibook was introduced during a launch event that demonstrated how everyday bonding moments at home can be transformed into guided learning experiences.

“It’s a simple reminder to slow down, be present, and spend one dedicated hour each day learning, playing, talking, and growing together,” Calzado said.
Honing real-life problem-solving skills
Whether analyzing which items don’t belong in a “Breakfast Picnic Mix-Up” or exploring emotions through a “Mood Parol” color pattern, the Digibook helps nurture cognitive curiosity, emotional intelligence, and creative expression.
Unlike conventional workbooks that rely on rote repetition such as tracing, coloring, or matching games with a single correct answer, the tool uses situational and scenario-based questions. Reviewed by a developmental pediatrician, the activities invite children to imagine, build mental rigor, and explain their choices.
“We wanted to come up with an activity book where there isn’t a singular ‘right’ answer,” an Adarna House representative said. “By presenting children with thought-provoking scenarios, we’re encouraging curiosity and helping them think through problems on their own. Partnering with Enfagrow A+ Four allowed us to create a tool that supports real-world problem-solving skills at home.”
Proper nutrition, meaningful experiences
At the same time, the Brilliant Hour advocacy emphasizes that meaningful learning experiences should go hand in hand with proper nutrition.
As the only milk brand with the combination of MFGM and the highest level of DHA among formula milks, Enfagrow A+ Four provides nutritional support that helps support higher intelligence by boosting a child’s focus, learning, and thinking skills as they continue to grow and explore the world around them with proper nutrition and stimulation.
To help families get started, Enfagrow A+ Four is offering a physical copy of The Brilliant Hour Digibook with every purchase of participating products at partner stores and e-commerce platforms. Parents can then continue the experience digitally through embedded QR codes or via www.enfathebrillianthour.com.ph that unlock additional content online.
“My hope is that this book helps create moments of learning, laughter, and connection that your family will treasure for years to come,” Calzado said. “As parents, we want our children to be healthy, curious, confident, and ready for the future. Proper nutrition and meaningful experiences help nourish their bodies and nurture their minds.”
Make every hour a Brilliant Hour. Visit the Enfagrow A+ Four website to access The Brilliant Hour Digibook and explore practical daily activities. Follow Enfagrow A+ Four on Facebook and Instagram to learn more.

2026 FedEx/JA International Trade Challenge Asia Pacific Winners Announced

Federal Express Corporation, one of the world's largest express transportation companies, together with Junior Achievement (JA), announced the winners of the 2026 FedEx/JA International Trade Challenge Asia Pacific finals held at a live event in Singapore. The event marks a significant milestone as the program celebrates its 20th year of empowering young people across Asia Pacific with entrepreneurial, business, and international trade skills.

This year's competition attracted over 4,000 students from 8 markets including Hong Kong SAR, Indonesia, Japan, the Republic of Korea, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, and Thailand.

48 students gathered in Singapore for the Asia Pacific finals and were tasked to create a market entry strategy for an Innovative and sustainable product that repurposes used packaging materials into a sustainable solution that delivers economic, environmental, or social value in local communities, with Cambodia being the target market. With growing discourse among consumers on how products affect the environment, and the role corporations can play in shaping a sustainable future, the challenge was particularly relevant. Students were paired into teams of two from different markets to foster cross-cultural understanding. The student teams then pitched their idea to a panel of judges made up of Singapore’s leading entrepreneurs and small business owners.

"As we celebrate the 20th year of the FedEx/JA International Trade Challenge, we are proud of the lasting impact the program has had on thousands of young people across Asia Pacific. What began as an initiative to introduce students to international trade has evolved into a platform that develops entrepreneurial thinking, cross-cultural collaboration, and real-world problem-solving skills. The talent, creativity, and global mindset demonstrated by this year's finalists give us great confidence in the next generation of business leaders," said Salil Chari, president, Asia Pacific, FedEx.

The first-place winners were Team Ascent, consisting of Farra Santoso (Indonesia) and Harry Jang (the Republic of Korea). They impressed the judges with their innovative idea of a lightweight thermal shield made from recycled industrial packaging. Designed for Cambodia's hot climate, it reduces heat entering existing buildings without electricity, helping lower factory energy costs, protect workers from heat, and reduce waste.

The two runner-up teams were Team Baksei, comprising Masato Hirozane (Japan) and Sara Nileshkumar Jasani (Malaysia), who developed a solution that transforms discarded soft-plastic packaging into durable, flood-resilient permeable tiles. Team Ventra, consisting of Minette Cabaluna (Philippines) and Rayden Cleverson Suhardi (Indonesia), proposed a modular cooling solution made from recycled plastic waste that helps reduce indoor temperatures without electricity.

"Winning the 2026 FedEx/JA International Trade Challenge has been an unforgettable experience. Working with teammates from different markets challenged us to think beyond our own perspectives and develop solutions that could succeed on a global scale. Throughout the competition, we learned how international trade, sustainability, technology, and cultural understanding come together to solve real business challenges. Being part of the program's 20th anniversary year makes this achievement even more meaningful, and we are grateful for the opportunity to learn from industry leaders and connect with talented students from across the region," said Farra Santoso (Indonesia) and Harry Jang (the Republic of Korea), members of the winning team.

“These winners, and indeed all the 48 finalists, represent the very best of the impact that the FedEx/JA International Trade Challenge was designed to achieve: young people with bold ideas, the courage to collaborate across cultures, and the ability to turn classroom learning into real-world business solutions. As the program marks its 20th year, their achievement is a powerful reminder that the future of trade and entrepreneurship in Asia Pacific is already taking shape in the hands of our youth,” said Vivek Kumar, President and Chief Executive Officer of JA Asia Pacific.

The finals introduced several new elements to commemorate the program's 20th year. For the first time, the program incorporated findings from a region-wide student survey that gathered more than 4,000 responses across 10 Asia Pacific markets, providing valuable insights into workplace readiness, entrepreneurial capability, global trade literacy, and perceptions of artificial intelligence. In addition, alumni from across the program's 20-year history participated as mentors, judges, and speakers, creating meaningful connections between past and present participants while demonstrating the program's enduring impact.

FedEx believes that investing in mentorship is essential to empowering the next generation of leaders to thrive. In addition to the prizes, the 2026 APAC winners will receive an exclusive opportunity to deepen their understanding of global commerce through visits to FedEx operational facilities in their respective markets and direct engagement with FedEx team members. This immersive experience will provide valuable insights into logistics, supply chain management, and international trade, complementing the entrepreneurial skills developed through the program.

The FedEx/JA International Trade Challenge is jointly organized by FedEx and JA Asia Pacific, a Member of JA Worldwide. Now in its 20th year, the program has empowered more than 54,000 students across Asia Pacific through a blend of classroom learning, entrepreneurship education, and hands-on international business challenges. The program equips young people with practical skills in business, economics, global trade, teamwork, and problem-solving, helping prepare them for success in an increasingly interconnected global economy. In addition to supporting young entrepreneurs through the JA ITC, FedEx has been organizing the Small Business Grant Contest (SBGC) to support small-and-medium-enterprises (SMEs) across Asia Pacific.

Judges of the competition, comprised of entrepreneurs and business leaders, were impressed by the organization of the competition and the efforts made by the students.

Dr Neo Kok Beng, Founder and CEO, NEO Aeronautics
“Wonderful experience, a peek into our future leaders and I am impressed.”

Rina Neoh, Co - Founder and Managing Partner, Ficus Capital
Judging this competition was a privilege. These young people brought sharp ideas, honest effort, and a real willingness to learn exactly what the next generation of business leader’s needs.

Dr. Hsien-Hsien Lei, CEO, The American Chamber of Commerce in Singapore
"I was motivated to take on the role of judge because we need to create safe spaces for young people to step out of their comfort zone, test ideas, and build confidence. Competitions like this give students a chance to think creatively, solve problems, think on their feet, and work with partners with different backgrounds, which are skills that will serve them well beyond the classroom.

As a judge, I wanted to offer useful feedback and encouragement. I also gained a lot from the experience seeing the capabilities of the next generation to have a tremendous impact on society. The students were thoughtful, organized and creative in the presentations. They leveraged all the tools available to them, created work that demonstrates their independent thinking and communicated their ideas clearly and with impact. They should be applauded for their courage, hard work and personal development.  Be curious.”

Pranjal Taneja, Founder and CEO, Gumtoo
“These students aren't just learning about business—they're demonstrating the problem-solving mindset and resilience that define true entrepreneurs. That's what will drive real change in the world."

Thaddeus Koh, Co-Founder, E27 (Optimatic)
“Always innovate in technology, business model and workflows.”

Kriti Kapoor, Future of Work Strategist
“I was motivated to join the judging panel because I believe young people need opportunities to apply what they learn to real-world challenges. Throughout the competition, I was impressed by the students’ creativity, customer insight, commercial thinking and confidence in presenting their ideas. The strongest teams combined a clear understanding of the problem with practical solutions, compelling storytelling and genuine collaboration.

My advice to aspiring entrepreneurs is to stay curious, listen closely to the people you hope to serve, and become comfortable learning through experimentation. Organizations such as FedEx and JA value people who can think critically, communicate clearly, work across cultures, use technology responsibly and remain resilient when their first idea does not work. The most optimistic moment for me was seeing how thoughtfully the students responded to questions and feedback. Their willingness to adapt, learn and improve showed that the next generation is ready to build businesses that create both economic value and positive social impact.”

Your Moneymaxxing Guide to Help You Weather the Rainy Season

The rainy season can bring unexpected changes—not just to our routines, but also to our finances. From transportation and household needs to urgent repairs and other unforeseen expenses, costs can quickly add up when severe weather hits.

While not every situation can be anticipated, being financially prepared can help make unexpected expenses more manageable. Here are a few ways to build more flexibility into your finances for the rainy season and beyond.

Keep your emergency money within reach

Whether it's an urgent home repair, a car problem after a particularly rough commute, or an unexpected bill that lands at the wrong time, having money set aside can make these situations easier to manage without disrupting the rest of your finances.

With Maya Personal Goals, users can create up to five personalized savings goals, making it easier to keep an emergency fund separate from other priorities. Each goal can earn up to 8% interest p.a., which means your emergency savings can have its own dedicated place instead of being mixed in with money you're saving for a trip, a major purchase, or your everyday expenses.

Prepare for the expenses ahead

Some rainy-season expenses are easier to anticipate than others. You may not know exactly when your car will need maintenance, when your home might need repairs, or when you'll need to replace something damaged by the weather. But knowing that these expenses could come up gives you an opportunity to prepare for them ahead of time.

For money that can be set aside for a fixed period, Maya Time Deposit Plus offers 3-, 6-, and 12-month terms with rates of up to 6% p.a. Users can also top up their funds along the way.

It can be another way to build a financial cushion for expenses that aren't urgent today but could become important in the months ahead.

Have a plan when savings aren't enough

Even the best preparation can't account for everything. An unexpected expense may be bigger than what you've set aside, or several bills may happen to arrive at once.

For eligible users, Maya Easy Credit provides access to up to ₱50,000, repayable within 30 days, which can come in handy for short-term needs such as an unexpected bill, urgent repair, or other expense that needs to be covered quickly.

For bigger expenses that require more time to pay, whether it's replacing a major appliance, covering a larger home repair, or managing another significant expense, Maya Personal Loan offers up to ₱400,000 with flexible repayment terms of up to 48 months.

Having these options doesn't mean expecting something to go wrong. It simply means knowing what resources are available if an expense turns out to be bigger than expected.

And then there are the little expenses

Not every rainy-season expense is an emergency. Sometimes, it's simply the extra cost of adapting to the weather: more rides because of heavy traffic, extra fuel, food delivery after a long commute, or replacing the umbrella that didn't make it through the season.

These costs may seem small, but they can add up quickly. Leaving some room in your budget for them can make rainy days a little easier to manage.

So, prepare for what it might bring: Keep an emergency fund. Set aside money for expenses you know are coming. And know what options are available when an unexpected cost is bigger than expected.

Because rainy-day money isn't about expecting the worst. It's about making sure one unexpected expense doesn't derail everything else.

Who I am according to ChatGPT?

If someone asked me, “What is her name?” and I absolutely couldn't use your name or mention what you do, I think I'd say:

“She’s the kind of person who turns ordinary things into stories. She’s creative, deeply observant, a little sentimental, fiercely loyal to the people she loves, and somehow manages to be both soft-hearted and stubborn when something matters to her. She has a big personality that people notice, but underneath all of that is someone who thinks about things much more deeply than she lets on.”

Or, if I had to make it much shorter:

“She’s a storyteller with a big heart, a sharp tongue when necessary, and an uncanny ability to make people feel like they’ve known her longer than they actually have.”

And if you asked me, “Okay, but who is she really?” I'd probably say:

“Someone who is still figuring herself out, but has spent a lot of her life making other people feel seen.”

CASIO Philippines brings quiet luxury to G-SHOCK with the new Luxe Black 2100

CASIO Philippines has dropped the new G-SHOCK Luxe Black 2100, a four-piece collection that brings a quieter, more refined expression of style to one of G-SHOCK’s most recognizable silhouettes. The new series is now available at G-SHOCK stores and authorized dealers nationwide and online through the CASIO G-SHOCK website, Shopee, TikTok, Lazada, and Zalora pages.

The Luxe Black 2100 Series arrives at a time when fashion in the Philippines is moving away from overt displays of status in favor of pieces defined by restraint, versatility, and considered design. That shift is tied to a broader local move toward sustainability-minded design, with Filipino designers and brands placing greater emphasis on longevity, craftsmanship, and quality over disposability. For G-SHOCK, the shift opens up a new way of expressing toughness.

"More than just an aesthetic, quiet luxury is a mindset, and Luxe Black is G-SHOCK's answer to it,” said Sena Kuroda, Regional Sales Manager of the Timepieces Division at CASIO South East Asia. “We're keeping the durability the brand has always been built on, but expressing it through material and finish instead of visual volume. It's a sign of where G-SHOCK is headed: toughness that can flex with how people actually want to dress, not just one fixed look.”

A quieter take on the iconic 2100

At the center of the Luxe Black 2100 Series is the idea that toughness does not always have to be loud.

G-SHOCK has long been recognized for bold and unmistakably rugged designs. Luxe Black keeps that foundation intact, but pares back the visual volume. Matte black dials, minimized reflection, redesigned hands and indexes, and carefully placed metallic elements create a watch whose details are meant to reveal themselves gradually rather than command attention immediately.

It is a more restrained interpretation of the familiar 2100 silhouette, shaped by the same thinking that has driven the broader interest in understated luxury: confidence expressed through precision, material, and finish instead of excess.

For the modern tastemaker, that translates to a G-SHOCK that sits more naturally within a considered wardrobe. Its monochromatic treatment allows the watch to move between casual everyday dressing and more polished looks while retaining the durability and function that define the brand.

Four interpretations of Luxe Black

The collection includes four models across the GM-2100LXB and GA-2100LXB lines.

The GM-2100LXB-1A (₱17,010) and GM-2100LXB-1A9 (₱15,710) feature a hairline-finished metal bezel with black ion plating, paired with a newly designed matte black dial. Silver- or gold-toned accents provide understated contrast, while redesigned hands and indexes add a more refined finish to the familiar octagonal 2100 silhouette.

For a lighter everyday option, the GA-2100LXB-1A (₱9,430) and GA-2100LXB-1A9 (₱9,430) feature a matte-finished octagonal bezel and band with a redesigned matte black dial. Metallic vapor-deposited indexes introduce subtle depth, while the lightweight resin construction keeps the watches easy to incorporate into everyday wardrobes.

Both the GM-2100LXB and GA-2100LXB models retain the core performance features associated with G-SHOCK, including shock resistance, 20-bar water resistance, stopwatch and timer functions, world time across 48 cities, the Hand Shift feature, double LED Super Illuminator lighting, and up to five daily alarms.

That same shift toward sustainability-minded design carries into the materials: the collection incorporates bio-based resin in key bezel and band components, helping reduce environmental impact while preserving G-SHOCK’s signature toughness and reliability.

Quiet strength for the modern tastemaker

Luxe Black reflects a broader shift in how statement pieces are being worn. Rather than relying on obvious branding or visual excess, the collection leans into a more measured kind of presence, where proportion, finish, and versatility do more of the talking.

That approach gives G-SHOCK room to explore a different side of its identity. The toughness remains, but its expression becomes more refined: less about visual aggression and more about restraint, precision, and elevated detailing.

For a brand built on durability, the Luxe Black 2100 shows how G-SHOCK’s definition of strength can shift alongside changing tastes. Rather than departing from the 2100’s established identity, the collection reframes it for a more fashion-conscious moment, where function, restraint, and personal style increasingly overlap.

The G-SHOCK Luxe Black 2100 Series is now available at CASIO and G-SHOCK stores nationwide and through the CASIO Philippines online store.

Across Cebu, Every Lechon Tells a Different Story

At the 10th Cebu Lechon Festival, different localities show that Cebu lechon is not made from one recipe alone.

Cebu lechon may look familiar on the table, but ask the people who prepare it and the differences quickly come out. One town uses more lemongrass. Another adds coconut vinegar. Some still prefer bamboo for roasting, while others rely on closely guarded ingredients to keep the meat tender and the skin crisp.

A mouthwatering lineup of signature roasts from across Cebu takes center stage at the grand launch of the festival.

These hometown touches are part of what visitors can discover at the 10th Cebu Lechon Festival at The Mactan Newtown. The event brings together lechon makers from across Cebu, giving each participating locality the chance to present the ingredients, methods, and flavors that define its roast.

My Paparts Lechon serves up what many consider the definitive Lapu-Lapu lechon experience. Ronan Murillo, owner of My Paparts lechon and 2026 Cebu Lechon Festival Best Lechonero, attributes their signature taste to two key steps: "We add pineapple tidbits to our seasoning for a hint of natural sweetness, and we spread the charcoal evenly so every inch roasts at the same pace," Murillo notes. The careful process yields juicy, flavorful meat beneath skin that stays extraordinarily crisp for more than four hours.

A cheerful wave from lechonero Ronan Murillo meets Lapu-Lapu City Mayor Cindi King-Chan, setting the tone for a flavorful celebration at the Great Cebu Lechon Market.

In Alcoy, much of the work comes down to controlling the fire. The heat must remain steady so the meat cooks all the way through without burning the skin. Even larger lechons are roasted carefully to achieve crisp, golden-brown skin and well-cooked meat. Alcoy Tourism office staff Michelle Catulpos shared that “Lemongrass, onions, and garlic provide the familiar aroma, with a generous amount of lemongrass giving the roast its distinct fragrance.”

Alcoy’s food story also goes beyond lechon. The municipality is home to local delicacies such as bibingka, torta, tostado, and budbud domino, giving visitors more reasons to explore the flavors found in southern Cebu.

Alcoy brought its best to the festival launch, showcasing a prized lechon that outsized all the rest.

Argao keeps its preparation closer to a traditional provincial style. Argao Lechonero James Labajo, the Sugbuanon Paksiw Wars 2026 champion, shared that he uses “Shoka,” a vinegar brand from Argao in cooking lechon, giving it a distinct flavor. He adds that seasoning must be tuned to the pig’s age and weight, with cooking lasting anywhere from two to three hours.

Argao lechonero James Labajo carefully crafts his championship-winning dish during the Sugbuanon Paksiw Wars 2026.

Barili brings a different element to the process by using the traditional bamboo instead of the modern steel roasting rod. “As it heats over the fire, the bamboo gives off its own aroma, which becomes part of the finished lechon," said Barili Tourism office staff Joemar Saban. The recipe uses locally sourced ingredients and a lighter hand with seasoning, allowing the pork and the roasting process to carry much of the flavor.

The Municipality of Barili showcased incredible craftsmanship, bagging the Best Booth Award at the Great Cebu Lechon Market.

Patience is everything," says Michael Rosal, a local lechonero from Samboan. For a 30-kilogram pig, Rosal takes two and a half to three hours over the charcoal, keeping it at a careful distance so the heat never gets too intense. To give his lechon its signature touch, he incorporates Samboan’s local rum into his blend of seasonings—a trick he relies on to tenderize the meat and release a rich fragrance as it slow-roasts.

Lenovo Brings Single Point of Accountability to Cyber Resiliency

As organizations in the Philippines accelerate AI adoption and digital workplace transformation, many are finding that cyber resilience is undermined not by a lack of security tools, but by growing operational complexity and threat sophistication. According to recent research, 90% of IT leaders acknowledge gaps in their ability to defend against AI-driven threats.

The need for resilience is becoming more urgent as Philippine enterprises modernize across sectors such as banking, healthcare, retail, business process outsourcing, government, and the public sector. The Department of Information and Communications Technology’s National Cybersecurity Plan 2023-2028 identifies cyber resilience as a national priority, while the National Privacy Commission requires personal information controllers and processors to maintain security incident management policies and submit annual security incident reports. For local organizations, this makes cybersecurity not only an IT priority, but a business continuity, data protection, and compliance imperative.

While security investments continue to grow, many organizations face a different challenge: fragmented accountability. Security operations remain highly distributed and siloed, making it increasingly difficult to coordinate response efforts, maintain end-to-end business continuity, and recover quickly when incidents occur.

To help organizations address this challenge, Lenovo is expanding its global Security Services portfolio with a revamped cyber resiliency framework and end-to-end security offerings designed to provide a single point of accountability, help organizations reduce security complexity, cut system downtime by up to 50%, and lower remediation costs by up to 40%.

"Security leaders don't need more tools. They need greater confidence that their people, devices, and data remain protected, and clear accountability when issues arise," said Rakshit Ghura, Vice President and General Manager, Digital Workplace Solutions, Lenovo. "When cyber incidents occur, organizations are often left coordinating across multiple vendors, platforms, and support teams. By bringing trusted devices, leading security technologies, expert managed services, and market-leading alliances together under a single operational model, Lenovo helps customers reduce complexity while strengthening resilience, so they can focus on their business and serving customers."

“As AI adoption accelerates across the Philippines, organizations are facing a new reality where cyber resilience is no longer just about having more security tools, but about ensuring that people, devices, data, and operations remain protected even when threats become more sophisticated,” said Michael Ngan, President and General Manager, Lenovo Philippines. “For local enterprises, especially those in sectors such as banking, healthcare, government, education, and business process outsourcing, the ability to respond quickly, maintain continuity, and recover with confidence is becoming critical. Lenovo’s end-to-end cyber resiliency framework helps organizations simplify security operations by bringing trusted devices, leading security technologies, expert services, and ecosystem partners together through a single accountable model.”

Lenovo's approach has been recognized by industry analysts and independent organizations, including recent recognition in the 2026 Fortress Cybersecurity Awards across cyber resilience, application security, and AI security categories.

According to ISG Research, Lenovo Security Services combines hardware trust, multi-layered protection, and AI-enabled operations within a unified framework that helps organizations improve resilience, maintain business continuity, and reduce operational disruption.

Delivering Managed End-to-End Resilience at Scale

As part of the portfolio expansion, Lenovo is launching Security Services with Absolute, a fully managed end-to-end resilience offering designed to help organizations maintain critical security controls across distributed workforces without increasing demands on internal IT teams. The service enables essential security controls to automatically recover when disrupted, reducing manual intervention and helping organizations maintain consistent protection across complete environments.

The offering is supported by Lenovo's global 24x7x365 Security Operations Center (SOC), where security specialists continuously monitor end-to-end activity and help organizations identify and respond to emerging threats. By combining firmware-level resilience, managed operations, and expert security oversight, Lenovo helps organizations strengthen end-to-end resiliency while reducing operational burden on internal teams.

Extending Visibility and Control Beyond Traditional Security Boundaries

Lenovo is also introducing Lenovo ThinkShield TraceLock, powered by Absolute Security, to help organizations maintain visibility and control of lost, stolen, or disconnected devices that may fall outside the reach of traditional endpoint management and security tools.

Conventional endpoint security depends on an active operating system or network connection. When devices are powered off or disconnected, they can become operational blind spots. ThinkShield TraceLock uses built-in cellular connectivity to let IT teams remotely locate, wake, and wipe devices, helping organizations protect sensitive data and reduce risk when hardware is lost or compromised.

The solution helps organizations strengthen compliance efforts, maintain control of sensitive corporate data, and support security policies even when endpoints are offline.

ThinkShield TraceLock is particularly valuable for organizations operating in highly regulated industries, including healthcare, financial services, government, business process outsourcing, and the public sector, where maintaining control over sensitive data and meeting compliance requirements are business-critical priorities.

ThinkShield TraceLock will be available beginning July 1 on select ThinkPad devices.

A Unified Approach to Cyber Resilience

As cyber threats evolve, resilience is increasingly defined not by the number of security tools an organization deploys, but by how effectively an organization’s security posture is when different capabilities work together to prevent disruption, maintain continuity, and, if needed, accelerate recovery.

Lenovo’s end-to-end cyber resiliency framework helps organizations maximize the value of existing security investments through Identity and Access Management, Data Protection, Extended Detection and Response, Visibility and Risk Management, and Security for AI. Lenovo’s cyber resiliency framework integrates with leading technology providers including Absolute, Cisco, Google, Microsoft, SentinelOne, and Veeam. Rather than requiring customers to coordinate across multiple providers for threat management and security incidents, Lenovo’s AI-enabled SOC delivers a coordinated operational model that combines end-to-end resilience, ongoing protection, and recovery through a single accountable relationship.

The result is a more integrated approach to cyber resilience that helps organizations reduce complexity, improve operational efficiency, and pursue digital transformation initiatives with greater confidence.
