The Philippines is known for observing the most extended Christmas celebration. Once the “ber” months kick in, one can expect Christmas songs to be heard over the radio and commercial establishments already dressing up their window displays with the festive Holiday atmosphere.
Renowned Century Park Hotel (CPH) recently launched its version of the Yuletide season with its Annual Christmas Tree Lighting, showcasing “A Bountiful Christmas” theme. The stunning 25 ft. tree at the Atrium Lounge was the star of the show with its warm colors of bronze, copper, tangerine, gold, and greens. The warm, earthy palette symbolizes lasting hope and positivity amidst the ongoing pandemic.
The guests’ faces were aglow with wonder and excitement during the countdown. Dr. Lucio Tan and his family, the Century Park Hotel owners, officiated the Christmas tree lighting.
“We are pleased to hold our Annual Christmas Tree Lighting again, which is undoubtedly one of the most-anticipated events at Century Park Hotel. After a 2-year hiatus, we are glad to see old and new friends and share the season's joy with them. The pandemic has been challenging for everyone. We are grateful to our guests, media & blogger networks, and loyal patrons for giving us the privilege of serving them with our unique brand of Filipino hospitality despite the unusual times. We have thrived because of their trust and confidence,” CPH General Manager Anthony Tan said. “Aside from the tree lighting, we will also roll out several Christmas and last quarter promos in the coming days, " he added.
Incidentally, the hotel also launched its line of Christmas hampers starting from P3,500net. Guests can conveniently shop for their loved ones with CPH’s array of pastries, delicatessen, and wines. For advanced orders, call 0917 528 8888.
