Six Degrees of Separation from Lilia Cuntapay

I first heard of this movie last year. Unfortunately, I was not able to watch it. I tried looking for a copy of it in Astrovision and the like but it seems it was not being sold commercially. My heart was broken.

Luckily, God must have heard my prayer along with others and decided to grant one of our wishes. Six Degrees of Separation from Lilia Cuntapay was shown commercially but only for a limited time. Just in time, Lilia Cuntapay opened a twitter account. This helped in promoting the movie via retweets and hashtags.

One Saturday, I was able to drag FM to watch the movie with me.

We caught the first screening of the movie and for a first screening, there were quite a few people. Throughout the movie, I laughed, I shed tears, laughed again, felt like killing someone, and left the movie house wanting to gather Nay Lilia in my arms and tell her that the movie industry was a fool and that she was an icon.

The thing that made this movie stand out the most was that it allowed you to have a glimpse into the life of a movie extra. It showed you what they have to go through and how hard their life is. It humanizes the character actors and makes you appreciate their presence more.

Six Degrees of Separation is a brilliant film and it is truly original. I just wish that more filmmakers would be able to come up with great scripts such as this one. This, truly deserves, all its accolades.

Hi! Let's all try to add more positivity in this world and adhere to the saying, "if you don't have anything nice to say, keep silent."

Showering you with unicorn poop so you'd always stay magical! Heart heart!
